Founded in 1997, Lightwave Group Pty Ltd remains as the only Australian manufacturer of production cruising catamarans. Our reputation within the Australian market is second to none and we are proud to have received Industry Recognition for superior performance, quality and attention to detail.
Roger Overell, Managing Director and founder of Lightwave Group Pty Ltd, is a qualified Shipwright. Widely respected for his ingenuity of boat building and design, he is highly regarded across many Industries for his business ethic and principles. Roger is highly skilled in boat design and composite techniques, and has successfully demonstrated his engineering mindset to push the bounds of convention in projects, to meet challenging design requirements within budget.
In 2007, Lightwave Group services extended into Composite Manufacturing. Lightwave Composites diverse range of knowledge in various composites and building techniques has attracted projects from wastewater management tanks to 140ft passenger ferries. With over 300,000 parts produced to date, Lightwave Composites team are very experienced with all types of composite work and can help you achieve your project on time, on budget and to a world class standard.
